The Shrimp with the Glowing Vomit

The Acanthephyra purpurea or  fire-breathing shrimp is very cool.  It spews an enzyme called luciferase that can confuse or surprise a predator so that the little sea monkey can escape.  I wish I could do that at boring lectures, or just randomly on the street.
